The Site is an advertising and marketing service that helps connect consumers with licensed insurance agents, agencies, brokers, carriers, and marketing partners who may offer Medicare Supplement (Medigap) and related insurance products. We do not sell insurance, we are not an insurance company, agency, or producer, and we do not make coverage, eligibility, or pricing decisions. We provide a referral and matching service only.

The content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute insurance, legal, financial, tax, or medical advice. Insurance products, availability, eligibility, benefits, and pricing are determined solely by the applicable insurers and agents and are subject to their terms and underwriting. You should consult a licensed professional before making decisions about insurance coverage.

You must be at least 18 years of age and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

By submitting your information through the Site, you agree to the consent terms described in our Privacy Policy, including your prior express written consent to be contacted by Easy Medigap Coverage and its licensed insurance agency partners and marketing partners at the telephone number you provided, including through automatic telephone dialing systems, pre-recorded or artificial voice messages, and text messages, even if your number is on a Do-Not-Call list. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EASY MEDIGAP COVERAGE AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND PARTNERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY INTERACTIONS WITH AGENTS, INSURERS, OR MARKETING PARTNERS, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY ANY LICENSED AGENTS OR INSURERS.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Easy Medigap Coverage and its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to Section 13, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Florida for any dispute not subject to arbitration.

Please read this section carefully. Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration rather than in court, except that you may bring claims in small-claims court if they qualify. You and Easy Medigap Coverage waive any right to a jury trial and agree that disputes will be resolved on an individual basis only. YOU AND EASY MEDIGAP COVERAGE AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
